STRATEGY
The short term strategy (2024-2029) of the founders for cash accumulation is to have one hundred (100) like-minded individual investors to join the company by investing $167 per month for five years, at the end of which, every individual investor will have invested $10,000, and the company will have $1,000,000 of capital available for investment in high cash flow and profitable ventures and businesses. This capital raised will be secured by investing in Zambian Government bonds and treasury bills, which have a historical yield between 10.68% and 38%.
The medium term strategy (2029 -2039) will be to invest in high cash-flow generating businesses
The long term strategy (2039 and beyond) will be to invest in capital intensive processing plants in manufacturing, technology, agriculture and other industries.

Investment Opportunity
To be accepted as a share-holder in Kwacha LLC Holdings, LLC, you need to agree to the following requirements
Read through the prospectus to understand the business opportunities and the risks involved
At the minimum accept to invest $167 plus $5 processing fee (Total $172) monthly to be automatically taken from your bank account for 5 years for a total of $10,000.
If you pay $10,000 within 1 year from the time you are on-boarded, you will be considered a platinum investor and have special privileges as outlined in the prospectus
If you pay more than $10,000 within 1 year will will be a platinum+ investor and have special privileges as outlined in the prospectus
